Skills Training in Kenya

In Kenya, Leaving the Jar collaborates with law enforcement agencies and missionaries to rescue victims of prostitution and trafficking, providing them with a comprehensive rehabilitation program. Through physical, mental, and spiritual support, women undergo a transformative journey towards restoration, preparing them for reintegration into society. The program offers various training courses tailored to each woman's interests and abilities, including computer science, beautician work, culinary arts, customer service, GED equivalency, medical assistant, and hospitality certificates, empowering them with skills for future employment or entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, women receive stipends and resources to kickstart their own businesses, fostering independence and sustainability.
